Crafting Magic

Unveil a gallery of wonders, a collection of exquisite earrings, captivating homewares, and stunning resin boards. Each piece is a masterpiece, a blend of art and craftsmanship that promises to elevate your style to new heights.

Rubi and Red Resin came about in mid 2020 as a creative outlet. Ever since I have been making, creating and loving every minute of my small business.

I use a variety of products epoxy resin, pigments, alcohol inks and many other techniques depending on how creative I’m feeling. All patterns and designs are 100% handmade.

No two creations are the same from earrings to chopping boards to trinket trays, resin has endless opportunities.

The name Rubi and Red came from our two beloved pets, a small fluffy dog Rubi, and a beautiful big dog Red.

54 31 collective

This is where Rubi and Red Resin truely come to life. Having the opportunity to share a pod with my sisters candle making business EKR Candles Co has been one of the best experiences and decisions for both of us!

Come and Check out the collective..

Open Wed-Friday 10-4pm and Sat 9-12pm

54 31 Collective a not-for-profit enterprise run by the community for the community in the township of Orroroo in the Southern Flinders Ranges SA.

 The '54 31' name inspired by the 5431 postcode of Orroroo & surrounds fits in with our aims of;

  • Providing rural creators with links to 54 31, a platform to grow & showcase locally made quality products and services.

  • Hosting events & workshops to cater for community needs.

  • Free community space to encourage all demographics of the community to gather & encourage social connectivity.

54 31 Collective is a blend of unique local businesses with beautiful brand stories in a shared market vibe space to showcase their products without the overheads of their own shopfront.

This dreamed up concept is set become a reality (in the midst of a heartbreaking 5 year drought) in 2022, with the roping in of a group of passionate key local women to form the 54 31 Collective Board.

The sleeves were rolled up and the ball got rolling revitalising an empty shop front on the Orroroo Main Street, turning it into a bustling community hub for both locals and visitors .
